Licence Agreement

This Licence Agreement (“Licence”) applies to The Last Drop Guide (the “Guide”), the digital product published by The Last Drop Ltd.. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Buying the Guide means you accept this Licence.

1. Licence granted

On payment in full, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide, perpetual licence to:

• download and store the Guide on devices you own or control;
• read it for your own private, non-commercial purposes; and
• print a single copy for your own use.

2. What the Licence does not allow

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• share, send, upload, or otherwise distribute the Guide to any other person;
• resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or offer the Guide as part of another product;
• publish the Guide or any substantial extract, including on a website, file-sharing service, social platform, forum, or messaging group;
• reproduce the illustrations or text in your own materials, commercial or otherwise;
• use the Guide, in whole or in part, as training data for a machine-learning model;
• remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, watermark, or attribution notice; or
• circumvent the download token system, or share a download link with anyone else.

3. Permitted quotation

Nothing here overrides your rights under applicable copyright exceptions, such as fair dealing or fair use. You may quote a short passage for review, criticism, news reporting, or private study, with attribution to The Last Drop.

4. Ownership

The Guide is licensed, not sold. The Last Drop Ltd. and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Guide, including copyright in the text, the illustrations, the layout, and the branding. No rights are granted except those set out above.

5. Updates

If we publish a revised edition of the Guide, we will make it available to existing customers at no charge for as long as we operate the Site. We are not obliged to produce updates.

6. Download links

Download links are personal to you and expire after a limited period for security reasons. Requesting a fresh link is free — email contact@the-last-drop.com. Sharing a link is a breach of this Licence.

7. Termination

This Licence terminates automatically if you materially breach it — in practice, if you redistribute the Guide. On termination you must stop using the Guide and delete the copies you hold. Termination does not entitle you to a refund where the breach is yours, and does not limit any other remedy available to us.

8. No warranty and no medical advice

The Guide is educational content supplied “as is”. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it guarantees no particular result. Please read the Medical Disclaimer before using anything described in it.

9. Governing law

This Licence is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Limitations of liability in our Terms of Service apply to this Licence.
