Terms of Service
Last updated: March 1, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to The Last Drop (the “Site”) and your purchase of The Last Drop Guide (the “Guide”). By using the Site or buying the Guide you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by The Last Drop Ltd., registered at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, company number 00000000. You can reach us at contact@the-last-drop.com.
2. What you are buying
The Guide is a digital product delivered as a downloadable PDF. It contains general educational information about a technique that may help reduce post-urination dribbling. It is not a medical device, a medicine, a diagnosis, a treatment, or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. See our Medical Disclaimer.
3. No guarantee of results
We make no guarantee of any particular outcome. The technique may help some people and not others. Individual results vary. Nothing on the Site or in the Guide should be read as a promise that a symptom will improve, stop, or be cured.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase. The Guide is written for adults with no diagnosed urinary or prostate condition. If you have such a condition, or symptoms that need clinical attention, speak to a clinician instead of relying on the Guide.
5. Orders, price and payment
The Guide is sold for a one-time payment of $9 (or the equivalent shown at checkout, plus any tax we are required to collect). Payments are processed by Stripe Payments; we never see or store your full card details. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and your download is made available.
6. Delivery
Delivery is immediate and digital. After payment you are redirected to a page containing a secure download link, and the same link is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Download links are time-limited for security. If yours expires, email us and we will issue a new one at no cost.
7. Refunds and your right to cancel
Our refund policy. If the Guide is not what you expected, email contact@the-last-drop.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason and we will not ask you to justify the request.
Statutory cancellation rights. For consumers in the UK and EU, the law normally gives a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once supply begins with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right to cancel. By starting your download, you give that consent and acknowledgement. Our voluntary refund policy above applies regardless, so you are not worse off.
8. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to download the Guide and use it for your own private purposes. Full terms of that licence are set out on the Licence page, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Guide in whole or in part;
- publish the Guide, or substantial extracts from it, publicly or to a group;
- remove or obscure any copyright or attribution notice;
- use automated means to scrape, overload, or interfere with the Site;
- attempt to bypass the download token system or access another person’s purchase.
10. Intellectual property
The Site, the Guide, and all text, illustrations, and branding within them are owned by The Last Drop Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Buying the Guide transfers no ownership.
11. Availability
We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, and may change the price of the Guide, at any time. Changes to price never affect an order already placed.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- the Guide is provided “as is” for educational purposes, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose;
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, or data; and
- our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Guide is limited to the amount you paid for it.
If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights that these Terms do not affect.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Guide, including redistribution.
14. Privacy
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your local law.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page.
